Spiritual direction is a form of holy listening and attending to the Spirit of God in one’s daily life.
Group Direction
Group Spiritual Direction is similar to spiritual direction, except that it takes place in a group setting, rather than one-on-one. Additionally, each member of the group is invited to participate in listening for the person sharing.
