Welcome! My hope is for all to experience this place of abiding in Him...this place of spiritual rest, fruitful growth, and oneness with Christ. My passion is to help people be and feel seen and known, find rest for their souls, and grow in an authentic relationship with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. I offer individual spiritual direction, group direction, soul care days and retreat facilitation focused on God's Word and Biblical spiritual disciplines.
